Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Refer a Friend programme?
Our Refer a Friend programme lets you share a personal referral link with friends. When they place their first order using your link, they receive a reward, and you receive a reward too as a thank you.
How does the referrals work?
- Log in to your account
- Copy your unique referral link
- Share it with friends via email, social media, or messaging apps
- Your friend places their first order using the link
- Once their order is confirmed, your reward is added to your account
When will I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards are issued after your friend’s order is confirmed and you’ll be notified by email when your reward is available.
Is there a minimum spend for my friend to qualify?
There is no minimum spend but this can't be applied to bundle products or gift cards.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. You can refer as many friends as you like, and earn rewards for each successful referral, as long as each friend:
- Is a new customer
- Uses your referral link
Who counts as a “new customer”?
A new customer is someone who:
- Has never placed an order with us before
- Does not already have an existing account
- Has not previously used a referral or welcome offer
